About half of the dozen or so employees in the room were women. The boss (a white man) says we are going to lunch tomorrow to celebrate vaginas and we want all the vaginas in the room to decide where to go. You could hear a pin drop for at least 30 seconds while all the women sat silent and dumbfounded at the question. They were all happily clucking and cackling a few minutes ago but now they were at a complete lack of words. A male in the room couldn't hold back his laughter and let out a restrained chuckle just before a woman finally said she doesn't know where she wants to eat. After 10 minutes of discussion, no decision was made and they said they would figure it out later. This is right after the boss was praised by all the women for saying something along the lines of "women are always right". Having women in your company is like crippling yourself before a race just so everyone will finish at the same time. Competition breeds excellence and women think competition is conflict so they avoid it and try to dismatle it. So we are left with communist equity bullshit with a pink bow on top. The multicultural feminist jewish brainwashing needs to be undone. It's sad that the solution to just about every social problem is so simple.

When I was working I hated when they'd put feminist garbage on the company website. They care so so much about wahmen. Except when something actually happens. Then HR puts a frowny sticker on their file and tells us to forget about it. That's fine because they assured us on their clown world website that they support me.

The boss knew exactly what he was doing. He was likely forced to play a losing game by his superiors and figured out how to have a little fun on the way down.

Obviously hiring anyone based on something other than their ability to get the job done is a losing proposition. That being said, I'd strongly recommend people grab some food to go and sit outside an high end jewelry store. Look at how the sales people are assigned and when they shift people off to other sales people. You'll get a new respect for how certain personalities interact with the dynamics of gender and race. You also notice that there are no dark black or purple haired salespeople.
