Not saying all New Yorkers are this way, this is based entirely off my observations off having frequented people from Brooklyn, Staten Island and Manhattan. I can't understand how these people survive as humans in the wild. It's as if their sense of survival and limbic system has been so flooded with bullshit, it simply doesn't work anymore.
I also noticed that these people have zero concept of privacy, boundaries, or really anything that shows they respect another person. They happily scour social media on everyone and they do NOT respond well to social media ghosts. Now guess who the eternal complainers who always say they want to get off social media are? New Yorkers ...
Everyone and their mother is out and leaving the dump. This wouldn't be a big issue, but the spillover is how Jersey, Delaware, Maryland and Virginia got so badly fucked in the first place. But then how the hell are the sale prices still so high if the demand cratered? Beyond this, the state changed the levy system to use dual compounding on a property, which is illegal but they do it anyways. Instead of paying taxes on a house that is worth 125,000 you pay the house which is 125,000 and the land which may be another 250,000, or really whatever the conjured up number is. That's how Jersey and NY can charge you 25,000$/yr in taxes for a house that's worth 450,000 ....
And the migrants coming in have no cash, beyond the basics, so they aren't buying these places. And the ENTIRE NYC pension system is based off this fraudulent accounting, which means they can't lower the prices. So who the hell is gonna buy this crap? Cynic me thinks this is how state pensions will rollover to the global CBDC pensions, by crashing the existing system. If anything cashing out IRAS, Pensions, 401ks is the right thing to do, and keeping them as is is how one gets enslaved
Whilst Im sure there was (emphasis was) a plan at one point, it's clearly not going well, and the WEF decided to throw down all the cards as a last ditch effort. There are just way too many lose ends in NY for me to believe otherwise. Am I to believe legal mexicans who came here by the book (not that they should be here either) are going to be ok with a bunch of illegal criminals squatting here? Or that niggers are gonna just hand in their race card and lay down for no reason after being demoted to White status by the WEF? Or that NY is gonna honor ANYTHING they previously stated, after having a track record of never honoring their word.
