When it comes to guns, the people who have guns (I had visited at the time Northern Jersey and Manhattan) is astounding. They see themselves as an upper class tier people who are above everyone else. One of them had mentioned that Jersey and NYC gun laws are great, if they didn't apply to them, and they really believe if someone is shooting you, YOU are the aggressor for fighting back. This level of hopeless delusion is beyond me, it's begging the government to get slaughtered.

There is always some litany of excuses to pardon the most heinous crimes imaginable because diversity, or some crap. One of the people i talked to were cops, and for fun i asked how one could get a gun legally. They literally laughed in my face and told me good luck. Ironically, every time i ask what stops a criminal from just getting a gun imported from another state, its crickets from the peanut gallery.

I even hypothesized one could snipe from NJ into NY and no one would know the direction, especially with an AMR. Sure its illegal, but how would one know you have it? And there is jack crap anyone could do about it. Reminds me of Chicago and that one sniper serial killer that took forever to find (the guy even called the police and they still couldn't find him), because Chicago is so anti gun no one could do anything but get killed.

Having lived in many places, it's not just guns, most NYC/NJ laws are kept intentionally vague to extract as much cash by jews as possible. A good example, jews and certain mil type don't pay property tax/are considered property tax exempt. These same parasitical assholes are always clamoring to increase property taxes on everyone else though. Really, they don't care, since as always, doesn't affect them, so fuck the goy as always. And the lower peasant classes don't pay taxes and NJ/NYC would never collect from some slum dumpster with a bunch of nogs. So really, the taxes only apply to White people and Asians.

As for guns, the laws in NJ aren't just retarded, they are downright contradictory. If i bring a .50 cal into NJ, it's technically legal. However, the fluidity of a Firearms ID (having to beg your state to be able to exercise your right is lost on the sheeple out there), means that at any given point, you may have committed a crime ... or not. See if you happen to bring a .50 cal as a journey man crossing the state, you're fine, so long as you continue on to the next destination. However, if you live in NJ and have a gun and don't register, you're fine too, since the registration is voluntary. However, per the same NJ laws, if you bring said gun into NJ, don't register the gun, and don't get a Firearms ID card, you technically commited a felony. Except you didn't, because the registration was voluntary. But really it's not, because owning a gun without a firearms ID is a felony.

I knew a guy at church who used to tell me the story of a journeyman crossing through the state of NJ. Per NJ law, carrying a bullet in a car that is not locked is a felony (at least at the time). However, in this case, the man had a spent round in the car that the officer found. Per NJ law, this is considered a "live" round, and that round has a 4 year jail time attached to it. He got off on a technicality because he knew the sherriff of the town, but there's a LOT of people who would not be as lucky.

This is how absurdly confusing and cryptic NJ laws are when it comes to guns. The laws are made to make firearm ownership such a massive pain in the ass, no one bothers

I got pulled over once back in the 90s when I was in college there. They confiscated my Maglite flashlight that had been tossed in my backseat because it was a "dangerous weapon within reach of the driver." I was surprised they didn't do more than that. They loooove, love, love getting money out of people for stupid things. NJ laws were insane. You could just guarantee you were breaking one.

I was a librarian. I had the kids have a picnic out on the grass at the side of the building. Turns out it was illegal to step on the grass at a municipal building. At least the cop I'd asked to entertain the kids wasn't serious about enforcing it. I had cops and firemen over to the library all the time to entertain the kids and afterwards they'd tell me crazy stuff.

The thing is people who live there are almost petrified at not being enslaved or under someone's thumb. The very idea of freedom and actual accountability to action is lost on them. They would rather live in the comfort of compliance and ignorance. I was born in one of the most freest in the union, the forgotten cowboy state, and i can safely attest everyone in NJ was a complete fucking retard

I've lived in 10 different states at this point and it is wild the difference in people from state to state and you can totally see the ones that enjoy the nanny state and are terrified of places that don't have all the laws. "What if someone is bad?"...uhm you don't have criminals in your state? Criminals always follow all the laws...yeah.
