Most people's problems are fuckin stupid and could be solved by not being stupid. But you can't fix stupid, and most people are stupid so I really don't have the time for it unless I think it can make my life better without making a large sacrifice. If that makes me an asshole, then that's what it is. If you ask me to solve a simple problem and I give you an answer but also tell you you're a fuckin idiot who should know better, take it in stride and know that I gave you the time a day I am compassionate, I understand the struggle because I'm not that smart myself, and because of that I don't have the time to be a mentor or a punching bag for anyone that is not family. Note: this is not directed at anyone on Poal. I just needed to rant

I get comments like that sometimes, but then I go and do something idiotic so right back to the stupid box I go.

We all do. I play with dangerous machines all day long at work. Demo saw, chainsaw, angle grinder, excavator, etcetera… come home and cut myself real good on a can of beans.
