In town where I live I’ve come to know pretty much how the lights are timed. Some routes or blocks you have to go faster than the limit to make the green light. Some you have to go slower to make the green light. My goal is to not have to stop. Saves on fuel, brakes and tire wear. Lol, around here it’s pretty much a big stupid ass race to the next red light. I know I might be making some people pissed so try to be cognizant of it, like not to be in the left lane coming up to a red light but has the left arrow so they can make the arrow. Shit like that. Driving across town Mario is hit’n every red light, I’ll roll right on by him as the light turns green. Then he flies by to catch the red. Rinse and repeat until we arrive across town at the same time, but with myself having never stopped once pretty much. Somewhere you’re not familiar with and you can see ahead to what the walk light is doing you can adjust speed accordingly fairly well enough to catch a green. On the freeway, it’s just best to go with the flow.
Worse. You have a 3 lane road of them driving like that as a rolling roadblock with clear road for 2 lights in front of them...

I've tried driving 5 below on the highway with the idea of not having to switch lanes to pass.. theres always some fuck going 5 mph slower though.
Fucking truckers are the worst.. most of them don't run more than 72-74, but they'll take any opportunity to pass one another.. even if they are only 1mph faster. They block both fucking lanes for 3 minutes doing this shit.

I've been told that the traffic lights are timed to let someone going 5mph below the limit to never stop moving, but I'm not sure how true that is.
