Ah well, bless those souls who got got but didnt deserve it. But, I think overall its a good thing because now there will be less handicapped folk encumbered by assholes parking in the wrong spot. they ARE supposed to have their placards so it will help them remember in future. Although just seeing it happen to others will remind handicappped folk to bring their placard in the future

You need a tool to set them properly but imagine how much of a PITA this would be over just a regular plastic one that you can cut fairly easily.
