Once I shut down all the advertisements in my Lock Screen; search bar and everything else it backed a bit more manageable. I won’t be going to 11.

I restored it back to a january restore point and had to redo file associations, totally reset the network and run all kinds of chkdsk and stuff. Really aggravating.
