My guess is a few snow particles up close, shutter speed is slow for the relative movement. Look at the snowdust coming off/up the ridge.

You really think so? It's a gigantic cylinder and no particles are even near it. This is pure tampering. The demorats have been doing this since 1939 when they allied with the Soviets though before promoting the cold War and destroying the US with coronaronadingdong though right? Yup.

Where are all of the other particles then. I honestly see a spacecraft watching this here. It's almost like they bet against us and watched for fun since we haven't mastered intergalactic travel or the speed of light and are mocked.and laughed at universally.
