Every day, make up a new symptom or foil for Covid that would be believable to co-workers.
For instance: “Hey, I read that if you drink 2 full gallons of water a day, you’re 79.5% less likely to contract Covid (gotta throw a percentage in there so they “ trust the science.”)”
Or: “I read yesterday that a cooperative study between universities showed that people who wore cotton more than 3 times a week were 7 times more likely to get Covid.”
Another great idea I had that I tried just now is that when you walk by a gaggle of Jews, talk loudly into your phone and go: “SIRI...IS IT TRUE THAT JEWS ARE SPACE LIZARDS??”
