Congrats. We have four now and they are right around 19 weeks. 1 has stated laying but we expect the others to start soon.
How often are you moving around the tractor?
First day and we also have four. They're not young and are supposed to lay for one to one and a half years. They were 4 Euros a piece and one of them laid an egg 4 hours after i poured them out of the cardboard box my wife had brought them in.
We'll move the coop as necessary. Considering how much of the grass and clover is gone after half a day, I'm thinking twice a week or so. Also they are hot for kitchen scraps like potato peels (preferably cooked), egg shells, salad 'n such. Aren't we all?
