This is fucked up.

I'm not sure how far you could fake this. Seems the next step would require showing actual documents for you to fill out the I-9 and W-4. Otherwise I'd say just keep up the charade and get the job.

The companies doing the interviewing will never say a candidate was rejected due to race or sex. Instead they will say something like, "we have received other applicants that are more closely aligned with our current needs" or "we do not have a reason why you weren't selected".

The original poster should stick to it and "identify" as a black lesbian. Exploit the system and make it work for you. At least see how far it can be taken.

Yep. I do HR work as part of my job.

I only worry that since it says the next step involves paid projects, he will have to tip his hand as to true identity. After the first paid interview project, they will cut him loose with the canned BS reason.
