Pedophiles, child molesters, baby rapists, kiddy fuckers, short eyes, nonces, small bean regarders, call them any of these and more. But do not buy into the trap of calling them "MAPs". And yes, many of them are very racist, anyone on the extreme of the Overton window of society in one way is much more likely to express themselves as being in the same place on other topics as well.
