Thanks for giving us a great reason to never hire a nigger with a college degree!
This is why we have a practical test for job applicants. Although, we have never received an application from a nigger afaik. The test is great for weeding out mainly Indians who cheated to get their degrees and don't actually know how to code. Only about 20% of people who send in their resumes actually complete the practical test, so it helps heaps to weed out the ones who just can't code.
Once, we put out a job ad that was in the form of a Java interface. The successful applicant actually wrote his resume as an implementation of our interface. Most other applicants just sent in a big standard resume.
Many years ago when I was working first tier help desk we got an application from a negress. She had a bachelor's in computer science, all kinds of computer clubs etc.
Time comes for her interview and my boss is busy so he sends me and the other help desk guy in till he's done with his meeting. We bring in a desktop with the RAM missing and the ATX power unplugged and tell her to figure out what's wrong and get it to boot. Just as a quick little troubleshooting warmup.
Total deer in the headlights. I still cringe thinking about how badly she did. After 20 minutes the other guy basically did it for her as I just sat there dumbfounded. This bitch had a 4 year degree from a decently prestigious university and all kinds of accolades and couldn't figure out how to plug in some power cables and RAM.
My bosses boss (the CIO) was very disappointed we passed on her because she "checked all the boxes."
