Moore law is about component density

what the article is talking about is some sort of "how quick a neural net recognize something"

like compare a car with a train, yes, all have to do with wheels.....

the hard drive density (moore's law)

circuits on a silicon wafer (moore's law but faster)

cell/organ re-creation can be done artificially...(a dna strand (PCR copying/CRISPR) to an artificial cell...to an eventual organ etc...we measure how many functions a cell can be created from a few...to millions today...to the billions and billions of cell functions that can be reproduced artifically

And an ELO like ranking system (like moore's law is for ciruits) for the increasing complexity of problems being solved by AI
