This is a toy rocket launcher, what you are seeing is Schlieren imaging from the airflow coming out of the bottle. You can see the airflow is sonic by the Mach diamonds. This is known as under expanded sonic flow. Red is low pressure, blue is high.

This is correct! No container no pressure. SKY IS NOT A VACUUM! We live in the heliosphere, the sun constantly ejects out matter.
