CBD never did squat for me. I would agree on the tea...Chinese White Tea is the least nasty. I'd add Moringa powder: https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/6-benefits-of-moringa-oleifera

CBD is generally more effective when combined with other cannabinoids in order to utilize the 'entourage effect'. Pure, isolated CBD is nowhere near as effective. I recommend trying full spectrum CBD distillate if you haven't already.
