Modern cars are aero dynamic, doesn't mean they fly.
aerodynamic means relatively low wind resistance.
If you strapped wings on that thing and a fit an RC plane kit it might fly.

I did, you don't understand what that machine does. If it generated enough lift to fly it would have gone up several inches, also it was a little unstable, it jiggled up and down for a few seconds of the clip they showed.
