I'm in the process of tapering off an SSRI (paxil) that I was prescribed as a kid by a psykikeatrist, (didn't have a choice). My life is currently a living hell, the withdrawals have been consistent so far for over a year. The worst withdrawal symptoms ever too, headaches that last weeks at a time, extreme fatigue, panic attacks, nausea, confusion, brain zaps, insomnia, loss of appetite, sexual dysfunction, the list goes on. It turns out (((glaxosmithkline))) knew all about the withdrawals, and the fact that it scored worse than placebo in effectiveness, they got sued big time, but make more money off the drug than they payed out, psychiatrist kike knew about this and prescribed them to me anyways. Really what opened my eyes to the kike agenda

How long (approximately) have you been using it and how long have you been trying to withdraw from it? I know several people who have been going through this, one even told me that it took just a few weeks and he was damaged for life.
Approximately 12 years and withdraw the last 1.5 years, down to less than half original dose
The appetite loss is probably a good thing if it made you fat. Paxil is big on causing that.
My metabolism is very fast, and as a result I have always had difficulty gaining weight. I'm lucky in that sense that I didn't become fat, but I know lots of people do
Try 5htp for the withdraw. It's otc and helps the body create its own serotonin naturally.
