The Electrostatic Theory makes more sense than dark matter.

Is that similar to plasma universe?

I saw one thing say that "dark matter" is probably just single-atom hydrogen which our telescopes can't easily see.

AFAIK, it's the Electric Universe Theory. Which is closely associated with the Plasma Universe Theory. I think they are all the same thing or slight variations (or added details) thereof.
