I would expect graphene in an aqueous solution (blood) to act as a dampener against sympathetic resonance. Heat may be a byproduct depending upon the quantity of energy applied to force sympathetic resonance. Microwave ovens are tuned to the resonant frequency of water. I never put a vibrating tuning fork in water but I would expect the resonant energy to be quickly dissipated if it is not at the specific frequency for water.
