There is no such thing as a "piezoelectric field". The Piezoelectric Effect is the ability of some materials to generate an electric current when put under pressure, sheer or compressional forces or impact. Electric/electromagnetic fields do exist, but the Piezoelectric Effect cannot produce a constant electric/electromagnetic field because the effect is not sustained and would violate the laws of thermodynamics to do so. If we could do such a thing with piezoelectric materials, then we would have already utilized this property to create sustained electric fields for a number of uses. We do use the Piezoelectric Effect in a wide variety of applications, but none of them can sustain a charge no matter what the conditions the material is under. Physics doesn't work that way.
