I stopped drinking alcohol a year ago and replaced with HIIT exercises. So much manlier now.
Protips: -Stop drinking alcohol. -If you are overweight your diet should basically be meat and vegatables until you get a good exercise routine going and your weight in check. Then go back into carbs as you'll need the energy once you become active. -HITT exercises are way better than running 5ks and 10ks on your treadmill. You get muscle and lose fat quite quickly. Most dont require any equipment beyond a mat and towel. -No sugar or processed foods, ever. -RO water only. The mineral deficiency claim is bullshit. Most minerals come from food, not water. -Grow more of your own food because the kikes are likely contaminating the food supply.
I would say RO water is a bit overkill but then again you're probably removing fluouride and any estrogenics that don't get filtered out by standard procedures.
