Ive quit drinking and smoking weed. About 3 months on the drinking and a month off the weed.

I feel great.

I have been smoking and drinking since 14. Im 39 now.

I quit smoking six months ago. Its not over yet...I still fight the cravings daily...weed is not part of my life
