I’ve never understood the insistence of both atheists and the religious to refuse a potential that both are correct.

The existence of God and His efforts in the creation of universe and man does not mean the only way we got here was that He snapped His fingers and made it so. Why can’t it be that He created the world and the universe through science? Maybe his snap of fingers was the Big Bang. His creation of man was through evolution. Evolution itself is a beautiful sequence of improbable events that led to us roaming the world we know as ours. Why can’t it be that he guided those random chances?

I feel there is more than enough evidence to support that story…and it makes more sense than the collection of words translated by corrupt men throughout the ages.

The second law of thermodynamics, entropy, flatly denies any delusion of “progressive” evolutionary models, theistic or otherwise. Information degrades as it is copied.

It is also a philosophical absurdity to propose that a perfect deity, necessitated by its capacity of not only creating space, time, matter and information, but doing so instantaneously, would spin up a complex inorganic universe and then devise a model of populating it with biologicals so poorly conceived as to require trial and error, death and destruction, suffering and sorrow, all to arrive at the mediocrity we see around us today. To call such “progress” would be a violation of the term.

It would make far greater sense for that being to insert an unblemished, completed biological entity, modeled upon itself, at the center of that universe, establish rules of engagement as an experiment in free will, and observe that entity failing and setting off a series of events that would become a bloody and irrational history, thus retaining the creator’s status as perfect, since it must be, and the creation as broken thanks to the increasingly poor free will decisions of those biological entities. This, without question, mirrors both the world we observe as well as the biblical model, which makes total sense.

Case in point….

That of certainly a view, but I disagree. Iron sharpens iron. The environment forced only the best to survive, allowing a more and more perfect version of us to be created.

It is only recently that we have accomplished and built so much that the lazy, broken, and wicked are encouraged to perpetuate their lines.

Feel free to disagree. And be wrong.
