I guess the only way to be free is using a chink phone with no SIM. Only connect to open wifi and talk using some app that doesn't require a phone number. This, of course, makes a cellphone useless.

Yeah, this is why the phone must be a chink phone. Not attached to you and disposable. But anyway, there's no point. Computers have backdoors below OS level, phones are a leakfest.
