Well, I believe we can apply logic here to try and solve this question.
Let's start out with the basics.
(1) All tornadoes are transgender
(2) No women have Adam's apples, and all men have long necks.
We can clearly see in this image that the tornado in question has both an Adam's apple as well as a long neck. Thus it stands to reason that this is indeed a MALE tornado, pretending to be a female. Should it participate in any kind of tornado altercation with a real female then it will no doubt destroy said female.
Though, the reality is much more serious than that. As Hans points out, tornadoes are not even real. They are all CGI generated images. Thus this is clearly a case of transgender propaganda being implanted in our media.
