There is a virus that seems to mostly kill people with co-morbidities. If your mom has cancer and she gets the virus, she might die. You're probably going to be totally fine but do you want to take the risk of mom getting infected?
I know people who are from towns where the average person is 60 and tends to have a higher amount of medical issues. A young guy walking around town with a viral infection may be disastrous for many of the residents.
Your situation may be unique and there are definitely use cases where you'd want to take the vaccine.
