Devo was so ahead of the curve that they named their mascot "Boogie Boy". Spelled "Booji Boy" due to them running out of "g" transfer letters while making a video.

A practical solution isn't ideal. Ideally this isn't an issue in the first place. But since it is an issue, as a solution to the problem it remains both a very good solution and effective. Assuming the dump site and means of dumping makes sense.
