Those laws were voted in for exactly this reason - Victoria Police are the biggest criminal organisation in the country by the laws of the State of Victoria and the Commonwealth of Australia. They are also on the wrong side of the Nuremburg code under an unofficial unlawful 'state of emergency' which makes them war criminals.
