"Minorities". Globally, Whites have always been a minority, but now in nearly every western and European country, Whites below age of retirement are also a minority. If you work for a company that is more than 50% White, count yourself lucky and bear in mind, the majority of non-working people aren't White. Look at your children's schools. Stop using the term "minority" as there appears to no longer be a majority.
