I thought about doing that and submitting it to HR before I got fired for not taking their commie shot. Be careful taking too much zinc or you'll grow deficient in copper.

How much is too much? I googled Coppper deficiency and the symptoms match the last week I've felt. I take that Emergen-c Immune plus with zinc in it almost daily. 10mg. 91% daily value.

I don't know how much is too much because I didn't realize what was wrong with me for a while. I took liquid ionic zinc as it was more absorbable with green tea extract that acted as a mild ionophore per what I've heard on MedCram on YouTube. I took it a few times every week for almost a year with a break or two and then stopped taking it completely except if I feel a hint of a sore throat or drippy nose.

Copper suppliments are rough on the stomach, I started to snack on cacao nibs instead. Also I cooked beef liver, cut it into pieces, froze it and ate a piece each day straight from the freezer. You could just buy beef liver suppliments but they're expensive, or just take Copper.

It's not a question of too much.

Zinc blocks the absorption of copper so take a copper supplement with a different meal that contains no zinc.

You can just take copper at another time of day.

Vitamin c is supposed to be a key element required for fixing inflamed parts of arteries. Apparently, clogged arteries are not due to too much cholesterol. Instead, arteries get inflamed and the repair system deposits cholesterol in those areas as part of a botched repair job and the key to the botched repair job is deficiency in vitamin c.

I have read that large amounts of vitamin c can help reverse clogged arterial walls. Not too sure, have only begun looking into it.

You are 100% correct. I will add that you need high dose vit c for clearing arteries. Look into Linus Pauling.

This is an amazing idea. According to the new definition of vaccine almost everything is a vaccine. It's going to be a more difficult legal row to hoe to require specific brands of vaccine.

Usually just $20 a bottle for a daily dose of vitamin V, I guess I enjoy cheaper luxury... my vitamin N is about $10 a day since it's the most expensive for. I guess $30 a day is cheaper than the bullets I'd use otherwise. Sanity is fairly affordable.

Eat meat for zinc and stop binging on carbs, glucose competes with vit C at receptors and increases dietary requirements. Also important for immune function - vit A from animal foods (there is none in plants) and vit D3 from the sun.
