Likely a new rule that they have to shoot first like in the military, a stupid law when you're staring at an armed suspect in a stolen car that rammed another to get away. In my town I hope a police officer if they are likely to get shot say's "Fuck this shit, you're about to bleed for pulling a gun on me and you will not forget to show respect as in no gun and good morning sir how is you day going. :)
