They're both wrong, but one is just a fool.

All vaccines.

All vaccines.

Vaccination is crazy.

I am conflicted on this topic as well, seeing as how I have heard a lot of pro-vaccine propaganda through my line of work. But it seems to me that polio was becoming far less frequent in the years leading up to the vaccines. And that much of the photographies you see of polio victims are in fact victims of vaccine induced polio.

Polio was declining due to improvements in sanitation and nutrition before the vaccines came around. And then polio was magically redefined immediately following vaccine introduction.

They've been tinkering at pandemic for a long time.

That is what I have come around to thinking as well.

It is true that the polio epidemic was on the down slope by time the vaccine was distributed and would have waned without a vaccine. However it was always around with periodic upsurges that have been eliminated by widespread polio vaccination. I don't know of any evidence that vaccine induced polio ever occurred. There was a in some polio vaccines between 1955 and 1963 that may or may not have led to some cancer.

You don't? I just read a statement from my country's health services that admitted people caught polio from the vaccine.

I would very much like to read it. Where is it? What country?
