I'd be interested in more details on the winner. At the same time there will be a delay of some sort in this election. I don't think it will be mules this time because people are watching closely. With guns in some instances. Lots of obvious cheating going on.

Notice how the public schools are super well funded by these State lotteries and never need any federal handouts? Oh wait... The exact opposite of that....

The money from these state lotteries is obviously being pocketed somehow, the schools are still shit, decades after we allowed them to shit up every 7-11 with this mini-casino shit.
