Congress has, under threat of whatever Congress can do, required the FBI to produce information regarding Biden and they have not complied.

There is no checks and balances anymore, so Jan 6th was irrelevant. The point was for the uniparty to create a single moment to rally around to indicate how dangerous "political opponents" can be or are already, in this case, right -wing/conservatives, a.k.a. MAGA.
