It's supposed to go back to normal after. 'Beef curtains' are a natural variation, women that are like that are born with it. Women who weren't born like that can have kids and still look the same. Unless something really bad happens, but I think that would look like an injury rather than magically grow their lab*a into curtains. Something extreme would have to happen to cause permanent damage anyway. Women are a lot tougher than what you think. We're built to heal after having kids. Things that look like they should've been permanent heal creepily like the Wolverine.
