The cattle thing is a non issue. The bison the early settlers slaughtered more than make up for the methane released by cows. As far as the earth is concerned it is seeing less bovine methane from America than it would had they not been hunted to near extinction
Also, were the cows not to eat the grass, it would die down at the end of the season and be broken down into CO2 and methane by soil bacteria.
Cows are a non-issue, not that CO2 or methane control the climate anyway. But they do not have any significant impact.
The people trying to demonise cows are anti-human death cultists. They want you dead, and me dead and 90% of all people dead... except themselves.
This. The grass decays and is recycled by nature. Whether or not it passes through a cow is irrelevant.
