I'm reading articles about Israel and "war crimes". jews have programmed us to accept war and the idiotic idea of war crimes. The premise is that war is acceptable as long as you do this or don't do that. I don't buy the notion that war is acceptable, therefore the war crime is the war itself. Add to that idea that most wars are simply the military industrial complex starting them in order to make a profit and steal taxpayer funds. A different crime, yet related. If you eliminate false flags, there would be very few wars, if any.

war definition includes when you are defending yourself from someone

when there is no "higher authority" and it is either you or the other side

of course, the other side is guilty of attack, so, their war is not the same as your war

In my entire life, I have yet to see a defensive war. They were all initiated by the military industrial complex. If you know of one, please tell me.
