I was reading something and some liberal posted about how horrible it is for kids to read the pledge of allegiance in public schools.

The lines I think they really hate are...

"And to the REPUBLIC for which it stands".

and.

"One nation under GOD".

They are anti republic, anti god and anti nationalism. They want a degenerate, anti-nationalism (pro globalhomo) government ruled through the tyranny of "Democracy".

"One nation under God" was added during the communist scares of the 1950s.

I have no problem with it being there.

Yeah, I am aware of that. I doubt that the modern liberal/progressives are though. I don't really have a problem with it but they sure as hell seem to.

It is uncomfortable for me to pledge allegiance to a fake republic that appears to be emiserating its subjects.

Become the change you want to see. Don't like what is going on? Do something about it.

Simple as volunteering in your own community. If you are up for it? Run for a local office of some sort. Who cares if you don't know how. Do you think any of the people before the "career" politician did? They did what was right for their community.
