Yes. If I have someone blocked they can't reply directly to my posts or comments. They can however reply to other commenters on my posts. As of right now I am aware of three users that have me blocked, two of them post a shit ton here: /u/Simo_Hayha , /u/Ex-Redditor The other one is a Q-tard who can't figure out how to share links directly (bypassing site controls for posting duplicate links): /u/rickki6
