You can also mail them via snail mail to their address and get them to remove you. Send it via certified mail. Do that if the above methods don't work.
I've worked on removing myself from all the sites like that. Even LexisNexis. Anything that has your information get it removed. Just search the site name and how to opt out.

I feel like this should be a more significant thing, stopping this fucking insanity that is the social credit score. It's fucking dystopian.
Also check spokeo and radaris. I can guarantee you are in those as well. There are many many more. When you get a drivers license the government releases your information to these companies. You have the right to opt out. I will make a post sometime detailing how to go and opt out of them in detail of the main ones. Usually if you search your name and address these creepy sites will come up. If you check their privacy policy they will tell you how to get your stuff removed.
