Well sure sounds like a restricted speech site to me, and if you have trusted friends in real life. You need a 24/7 admin on hand to prevent those rooms, and ban those users. Otherwise you should be honest to tell everyone, it's limited free speech due to the following issues that have already occurred. So can names like Yellow Monkey be allowed?
That one is pretty borderline. Think you need to be more tactful about the community name. At-least while we build up a user base. All discussions are allowed though.

The litmus test for freedom of speech is "nigger." If you can say and write "nigger" on the Internet, and you aren't black, you are somewhere that has free speech. And by looking around, it's easy to see there aren't very many free speech venues.
