Unsure what the term is called but majoritarian is not the correct term for the largest individual owner of a stock.
Neither is majority.
Neither is plurality but it is very close to what it should be called.
There's a better term for this other than "largest individual share holder but not a majority shareholder." Are we making a new securities term and calling this person a plurality shareholder (if so, I want to be on the ground floor (pun intended) of coining this term)?
