Anywhere with niggers and spics will have crime, trash, etc. Businesses do not want to open in those areas because they will experience crime, they won't be able to find employees, niggers will trash the place, etc. There's no reason for a grocery store (traditional) to open around niggers be ause niggers spend their EBT on processed foods. This is why you only get convenience stores with chips, candy and sugar drinks. It's that simple.
