I did a remodel on the Chinese guy's next door neighbor house, I also know the guy that hired Resnik (I don't talk conspiracy with him), he said he hired Resnik cause she pestered him every day..likely these people are chosen cause it is dictated by higher ups.
I believe they are all still alive. See Snopes on this, they have a hard time debunking and IMO fail miserably, unless they've changed it in the last several years.

Its hillarious when places like snopes try to disprove something but do such a terrible job at it that its counter productive for people with a finctioning brain..
