When you are in microgravity the pressures that keep your fluids compressed are gone. You swell and your organs and lymph and shit don't work right. It's actually a big problem health wise it fucks up everything in your body

Also depends. Could be tine in space. Could be body composition. Could be they fat and shit. Idk I aint no astronaut docta.
