Probably about 2¹/₄" - 2¹/₂" leg span. 1" body. Not the biggest Wolf Spider I've ever seen, but it's up there.
Edit: TIL that is a dark fishing spider (en.m.wikipedia.org) and not a wolf spider. Thanks @Cure
