Probably about 2¹/₄" - 2¹/₂" leg span. 1" body. Not the biggest Wolf Spider I've ever seen, but it's up there.

Yup. I took it back outside and dropped it on the ground in front of my chickens. Figured I'd give him a fair shot at freedom. He didn't make it very far...
