Voyager is a hit and miss show. Some episodes are ok when Janeway isn't the main part of the story. After awhile it just got old how much dumb bullshit Janeway did and how script armor kept those idiots alive.
Correct. Voyager is the worst of all of the old ST franchise. She is inept, incompetent, and her character would have never achieved command of anything. The show is unwatchable. The writing is terrible. Most of the characters are terrible. It full of propaganda, especially including race-mixing. The most flawed characters are male and the most blessed are female and non-whites.
You feel almost embarrassed to be watching it when someone walks into the room.
Easy solution, don't watch.
True. Still has those episodes with anomalies and conundrums that made OG Trek enjoyable for me. These days I have the luxury of 'skip over the next five minutes' :)
