I'm not getting the stupid vaccine but it's not realistic to expect someone to produce a medicament that will be 100% free of side-effects for everyone. It's like writing a computer program and expect it to install and run perfectly on every computer out there.

There is no "perfection" when it comes to modern medicine. There is no such thing as a 'golden bullet'. Something is very wrong when a vaccine has been in development (unsuccessfully) for SARS viruses and now all of the sudden (within a year) they have a "golden bullet" for Covid-19. That should be a red flag.

Covid is the virus that creates the disease called SARS. What does SARS stand for, do you recall or even know? No worries. It is Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome. Syndrome is usually caused by things and definitely in this very case - the coronavirus.
